Welcome to Pemberton Holmes Strata Management!


 

Our real estate brokerage provides professional strata management services on the Saanich Peninsula, in Greater Victoria and the Western Communities.

We are currently accepting new business from owners and developers. Our staff provides professional support to strata councils to achieve better strata communication, operational effectiveness and transparency!

Strata Management Services

Maintain appropriate strata accounting and monthly financial reporting.

Enforce bylaws and common property rules, conduct all business communication on behalf of the strata council based on policy instructions received.

Advise strata council on annual budget, depreciation report, bylaws, rules and Strata Property Act compliance.

Coordinate and supervise building and recreational facilities maintenance and gardening.

Attend all strata council and general meetings. 

Collect strata fees, special levies, make bank deposits, receive and process all invoices.

Keep strata records and strata policies consistent
and available to owners 24/7.

Additional Services

Advise and guide owners on remediation issues.

Coordinate the professional assessment, planning and construction stages of remediation and restoration projects and capital improvements.
